· Develop and implement recommendations for long term marketing programs which could include strategic alliances with other brands
· Collaborate closely with c/s to develop programs for thought leadership in the market and to clients
· Work closely with colleagues to support go-to-market plans, events, sponsorships, branding, and advertising
· Interpret and analyze market trends and product data to identify customer and brand opportunities
· Analyze and develop procedures to measure and track success of marketing initiatives
· Independently manage the work of analyst(s) and/or marketer(s) in support of programs and initiatives
· Effectively mentor and coach team members on marketing initiatives and new trends
· Seek and get appropriate involvement of staff, build on and channel members contributions and ideas to fruition
· Monitoring and evaluation of strategy implementation and follow-up support.
· Provision of capacity building and training services
Qualification
- Minimum of 5years post qualification experience in a Strategic Role
- A good first degree or diploma in any higher learning institution
